Vouchers must be used within two weeks. A reminder will be sent and any vouchers that are not used within that time will expire. You are welcome to reapply if needed.
Individuals are limited to one voucher at a time. You are welcome to reapply if you would like to repair a second item.
As soon as it becomes available, a voucher will be emailed directly to you. This voucher will include a QR code that will be scanned by businesses when it comes time to pay. If you don’t have a phone, the QR code can also be printed. Check out your local library if you need any help with printing.
Take a look at the map of participating businesses above. This will include businesses that do general repairs as well as businesses that only repair specific items (such as mobile phones). You are welcome to use the voucher at any participating business depending on their availability. To book a repair, please contact the business directly using the contact information provided. The voucher will be applied when it comes time to pay.
We are sorry that your item wasn’t able to be repaired! Take a look at this map to see where you might be able to donate it for refurbishment or recycling instead.

Repairing is important as it helps to reduce waste of valuable materials (including metals and critical minerals) and can also avoid the purchase of a new item and the environmental impact associated with manufacturing. This scheme aims to assess whether reducing the cost of repair helps Londoners access repair services and builds demand for local businesses over the long-term. The results of the trial will be used to inform future project delivery and policy design.
