Ealing repair cafe was established in 2019 and we want to get more people valuing and wearing their clothes for longer and to move away from fast disposable fashion.
In 2025, Ealing Repair cafe got the The Kings Award for Voluntary service, recognising the hours that the volunteers put in to help others mend their clothes.
For 2025 Ealing Repair Café achievements have been:
🌟 492 items saved from going to waste, plus all the water and carbon savings from not buying new items.
🌟 215 people helped to mend and take care of the clothes. We achieved this by attending 49 events at 26 locations.
Let’s make 2026 another sustainable year of clothes mending and fixing.
