We are a sewing social enterprise, we host sewing classes and community projects for children and adults from our friendly sewing studio and around Lewisham.
Make Mee Studio is run by Tracey & Jaime, two enthusiastic life long sewers who have been sewing since they were 7 & 5 years old respectively. We love sharing our making and mending skills with others, We have been getting people stitching in SE London for the past 8 years. We now have a talented team of sewing teachers to help lead our workshops.
At Make Mee Studio we are passionate about making sewing accessible to all and bringing people together through creativity. This year we are running a twice monthly free mending drop in workshops with Lewisham Council in Lewisham Libraries. At the workshops we teach people how to mend their own clothes and textiles.
