Muswell Hill Creatives is a dynamic collective of artists, designers and makers who take pride in quality craftsmanship and promote creativity in the local area.
Within the the Muswell Hill Creatives collective there are members who teach Japanese textile repair techniques to bring a new lease of life to old garments. Our bagmaker and saddler provides repair services for leather goods from bags to furniture using hand-stitching. The collective holds twice yearly Make and Mend Festival with a strong emphasis on sustainability. The local community are invited to join workshops to learn repair skills to renew knitwear and other textiles. Upholstery consultations will be available as well as advice from the local sustainability group and Traid.
