The Neighbourhood Makeshop – Old Diorama Arts Centre

ODAC’s Neighbourhood Makeshop is a place for people to come together to repair, upcycle, create, and share a passion for reusing materials! Friendly DIY skill-sharing sessions run twice weekly and are free for everyone to attend – come to learn, express yourself, share a cup of tea, and collaborate. From crafting with cans, upcycling street furniture or becoming proficient with power tools – get making at the Makeshop.

Old Diorama Arts Centre (ODAC) is a centre for creation and communities, with Euston as our inspiration, collaborator and stage. Across our building and in-house programmes, we make space for organisations, artists and communities to come together to create, collaborate and make change.

The Neighbourhood Makeshop flexible space for hands-on community and artistic making. It’s a ‘messy creative space’ in complement to ODAC’s main premises where we do more than DIY; we Do-It-Together in free, friendly skill-sharing sessions that teach tools, give space for creation, and bring neighbours together to make our area a more sustainable, connected and inspirational place.
