Cookware (glass)

Cookware can’t be recycled. This is because the glass is treated to be heat-resistant and so melts at much higher temperatures than your standard glass jars. If heat-treated glass gets mixed up with normal glass, it causes problems, so either donate unwanted cookware to friends and family or share on sites like Freegle, Freecycle or Gumtree. If it’s really done for, throw it in your rubbish bin.
